Wyoming Quarterback Josh Allen Will Enter 2018 Draft

Josh Allen, of Wyoming Cowboys, will enter 2018 draft and forgo his final season of eligibility in NFL.

Despite the NFL season being labeled as subpar, the quarterback has left a solid impression on selectors. No wonder, he is hot right now and raring to go. The quarterback is in contention for becoming a part of the Denver Broncos.

The president of the Denver Broncos, John Elway, was in attendance when Allen made 3 touchdowns with no interceptions in the game against Central Michigan.

Allen's decision to be a part of the Friday game was against the current norm of top prospects skipping bowl games to start preparing for the NFL draft.

Allen is rated 3rd on the list of draft-eligible quarterbacks by ESPN draft insiders Mel Kiper and Todd McShay.

Kiper has awarded him an overall position of No. 11, and McShay has ranked him no. 15 on the list of draft probables. McShay has positioned Allen at No. 5 in his latest mock draft to the Denver Broncos.
